Notice of restarting our multi-language reservation system.

Thank you for your continued support of WHG Hotels.

Following the suspension of our multi-lingual reservation system on June 26 (Tuesday) earlier this year, we are happy to announce that the service can once again be used for reservations as of November 20 (Tuesday).
We apologize for any inconvenience while this service was unavailable.

For your convenience, we have prepared breakfast accommodation plans for customers who use our hotel by January 31, 2019, so please use it by all means.
Thank you again for your continued support of WHG Hotels. We hope to see you soon.

配送机器人“S-mile(微笑)"闪亮登场!

自2019年4月26日起,新宿华盛顿酒店主馆将启用配送机器人“S-mile(微笑)”!
配送机器人是指自律型移动机器人,机器人可以从酒店大厅自行搭乘电梯并避开途中的障碍物,移动至客人房间门前。在新宿华盛顿酒店,若客人需要,配送机器人可以将客房用品等送至客人房前。
此外,配送机器人的名字包含着两种含义,①是指“前往”客人身边(在日语中,“前往”写作“参る”,读作“mairu”,与“smile”的日语发音相似),②则指为客人送去微笑(smile)。

【服务开始时间】
2019年4月26日(周五)登记入住后

【配送物品列表】
毛巾、充电器等客房用品或租借备件(预计)

【配送流程】
1 若客人需要配送机器人为您提供物品,请致电服务台。
2 S-mile会自行搭乘电梯,前往客人的房间。
3 到达客房后,将通过电话告知客人。
4 请打开房门并收取物品。
5 收取物品后,请点击S-mile的屏幕,对此次派送做出评价。
6 完成派送后,机器人将返回酒店大厅。
◎若S-mile碰巧出发在途,客人可能需要稍等片刻。

S-mile在主馆3楼大厅待命。来酒店时请一定要拍照哦。

※此服务仅限主馆。新馆不提供此服务。

 
配送机器人「S-mile」引进纪念 特别活动

■活动1 “和配送机器人合照!和S-mile一起smile(微笑)!”
将与S-mile的合照发布于Instagram等社交网络上,并带上“#deliveryrobotsmile”“#shinjukuwashingtonhotel”标签,向服务台接待人员展示后,即可获得抽奖机会!人人都有奖哦!一等奖为酒店住宿券,可在全国的WHG HOTELS使用。
活动期间:2019年4月26日(周五)~5月31日(周五)

■活动2 “Robot Express:Japanese Culture”
每月25日,新宿华盛顿酒店会为入住酒店的外国游客提供点心或小物件,并由配送机器人S-mile送至客房,让游客感受日本传统文化。酒店将为客户提供时令点心或小物件,而且每个月的赠礼都不同。
活动期间:2019年5月~12月 每月25日
活动对象:外国籍的住宿者 ※名额有限,先到先得,共计10位 ,需要提前预约
※每月25日14时起,接待处即可承接机器人配送预约。

■活动3 仅限藤田观光集团会员 “配送机器人招待活动”
登记入住时,客人只要出示藤田观光集团会员卡,S-mile就会将点心或小物件送至客房,让客人感受日本传统文化。
活动对象:藤田观光团会员,并且需在活动期间内16时~19时登记入住
活动期间:2019年4月26日~5月31日 ※5月25日除外
※接待处可承接机器人配送预约。
